Here’s What You Get:
What It Is
From sources I dug up:
-
This is an 8‑week program (live + recorded) that teaches creative strategists / marketers how to integrate AI into their workflows, build systems, use tools, etc.
-
It’s co‑hosted by Jimmy Slagle and Alex Cooper.
-
Target audience seems to be marketing pros, creative strategists, agencies, DTC / e‑commerce brands, or individuals who want to level up their creative strategy using AI.
What You Get / What It Claims to Teach
According to the promotional / course description materials:
Module / Feature | What’s Included / Covered |
---|---|
Weeks 1‑2 | AI fundamentals, tooling overview, prompt engineering (text, image, research) |
Weeks 3‑5 | More advanced tool‑use: building context libraries, smart assistants, deep dives into specific AI tools (e.g. “Poppy AI, Icon.me, Parker, Reddit mining”) |
Weeks 6‑7 | No‑code workflow building (using tools like Gumloop, Motion, etc.) |
Week 8 | Implementation: applying to teams, change management, future strategy integration, ensuring workflows stick etc. |
Bonuses / Extras | Guest expert sessions, templates, community / Slack support, recordings of all sessions |
Also, they say no coding is needed; the tools are intended for creatives / strategists rather than engineers.
Price & Legitimacy Issues
This is where things get tricky / murky:
-
The original or “official” price is reported at something like US$1,999 for the full program.
-
But I found sites claiming to sell it for far less (for example $400, or $150, or promotional huge discounts) on non‑official “reseller” sites or “digital download” stores.
-
Some of the reseller or “copy” sites give delivery via instant download, Mega/GDrive, etc. That raises red flags: these may be unauthorized / pirated versions, which are not legally or ethically the same as buying via the official channel. Also the guarantee, support, live‑sessions etc. may not be real in those versions.
Pros / What Looks Good
These are things that make the program sound strong / possibly a good investment:
-
It’s fairly up‑to‑date with real tools (Gumloop, tools for prompt engineering, etc.), which are the kind of tech people are using. If the course content is as described, you would be learning skills that are directly useful.
-
The focus on “hands‑on” (building actual workflows, agents, etc.), plus templates / community / recorded sessions, is good because that helps conversion from learning → doing.
-
The “no coding required” angle is helpful if you or your team aren’t highly technical but want to use AI more heavily.
-
Strategic implementation: not only how to use tools, but how to change processes, how to integrate into team / agency workflows, which is often what fails in practice (i.e. people know tools but can’t integrate them).
Cons / What to Be Careful About
Here are potential drawbacks or risks:
-
Authenticity / Access: Many “offers” I saw are likely not legitimate. If you buy from unofficial sources, you may miss out on key live sessions, mentoring, updated content, or community. Also risk of no refunds or no support.
-
Cost vs Local Value: $1,999 is pricey, especially in many countries outside the US. Even if it’s “worth the value,” you need to compare to what local alternatives cost, what your income / return might be. Also consider currency conversion, tax, etc.
-
Relevance to Local Market: If many case studies are from US / big DTC brands, you might have to adapt heavily for Vietnam’s market, culture, platforms, ad costs, etc. Strategies that work in the US or EU may need tweaks for local audience behavior.
-
Learning Curve: Although “no coding required,” some tools and workflows can still be complex, especially for people not used to tech/automation. There’s likely to be a ramp‑up period.
-
Ongoing Tools’ Cost: Even if the course teaches tools, many AI tools or platforms have subscription fees. To fully benefit, you might need to invest in tools which cost money, so total cost (course + tools) can stack up.
My Take: Is It Worth It (Especially for You)?
Here are my thoughts, tailored to someone in a place like Vietnam / or outside the core US/UK market:
-
If you are already somewhat in marketing / creative strategy / content creation, and you’re using or want to use AI tools, this could accelerate your skillset significantly. The payoff could be high: more efficiency, better campaigns, possibly better job / client work.
-
If you are brand new to AI, or don’t have resources (money + time) to commit, then cheaper or smaller‑scale courses / experimenting with AI tools yourself might be a safer test first.
-
The biggest risk is paying for a version that doesn’t include live support / updated content. The community, mentorship, up‑to‑date tool usage are often what differentiate between a course you “just watch” and one you “actually implement & get results” from.
-
Also, you’ll want to calculate: Can you apply what you learn directly in your work or business? If yes, what potential increase in clients, efficiency, or revenue might come from that? If the increase is big, then the upfront cost may pay off. If not, then it could be a heavy investment for little return.
